  Debbi Dimaggio of Highland Partners is hands down one of the best agents around. I had met her several times over the years at various open houses that she had listed during our home search. She was always extremely personable and professional so when it came time to try to sell a home in Montclair, we decided to interview her, along with several other agents. Debbi stood out from the rest immediately. She got right to the point and knew what she was talking about. Instead of just telling us what she thought we wanted to hear to get the listing, Debbi told us exactly what hurdles there would be in selling the house, and what we needed to do as a team to get it sold. We decided to list with her and have never regretted it. Her performance after taking the listing was what really impressed us. Many agents make a great pitch to get listings, but fall short on their marketing and communications after you have signed a contract with them. Debbi worked diligently on putting together a deal for us in a difficult market from the first day, through the closing of escrow. She never hesitated to use all the manpower and marketing dollars at her disposal to get our property sold. We honestly did not expect to get this kind of service from anyone, especially an agent of her reputation and caliber. She treated our home as she would one of her multi-million dollar Piedmont listings. Debbi always went above and beyond what was expected. She is always prompt and courteous with all her communications, and is savvy with all forms of media. She also has great people for referrals to get everything from staging, house cleaning, window cleaning, inspectors, engineers, title companies, mortgages, you name it. Debbi is truly a real estate professional that others in the industry should take note from. We have bought and sold many residential and commercial properties over the years and have dealt with countless people across all aspects of the real estate industry. It is rare that someone truly impresses, but Debbi did just that, and we would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs in the region.
